What's on your menu this week?
Monday: BBQ Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli (leftover from Sunday!)
Tuesday: Taco Salad, corn and spanish rice
Wednesday: Breakfast for Dinner (Omelets, Whole Wheat Toast, Sausage)
Thursday: Crock-pot Jambalaya
Friday: Hamburgers on whole wheat buns, oven fries.
(I only use 90% or leaner ground beef)
Saturday: Pasta, Italian Cheese Bread, Salad
Sunday: crock- pot roast, Ranch Potatoes, green beans
In case: Chicken stir-fry (in case another meal doesn’t work out, I am in the mood for this!)
