Most people can't fathom how God would allow "bad" things to happen to "good" people.

But that is exactly what faith is -- unexplainable to the world.

No unbelieving person could ever get through such hard trials because they have no hope, but we know that God was in control before this trial and He is in control now, and He is getting us through it because He trusted us with such a trial.

And He knew that we would keep trusting Him.
