Finally finished with all the evening shifts I have to work until April or May. The overtime will be nice ... but its not everything. Snow is on the ground ... something I didn't expect! It's beautiful out there ... but the roads are a mess.
Sunday -- Roast, Cheesy Potatoes, Veggie
Monday -- Probably out to eat ... its a holiday after all ...
Tuesday -- Tortilla Soup with Black Beans
Wednesday -- Breakfast for Dinner -- Omelets, Toast and Fruit
Thursday -- Grilled Chicken, Mini Pasta and Broccoli
Friday -- Homemade Pizza
